After "The Fours Seasons of a Shepherd" and "The Four Seasons between Marennes and Ol�ron", Jean-Paul Jaud has produced the third "chapter" of "Four Seasons in France" in homage to France's heritage, the richness of its nature and the know-how of its people.

For twelve months, Jean-Paul Jaud's camera followed in the footsteps of Guy Savoy on a unique tour of France. For the end of the 20th century, this famous chef recognised world-wide, decided to invite ten of his main suppliers to a feast, to thank them for their know-how and exemplary work. He takes us to the very roots of the French regions and their historical traditions. Authentic gestures around his stories of the stills, the appetisers, "morille" mushrooms and truffles ... With a glass of Yquem or St. Joseph in the hand, these aesthetes of taste bring infinite pleasure to our palates through their simplicity, and lead us through their gourmet ritual.
